The weather system is in close proximity to Delhi and lies north of Delhi. This system is likely to pour rain over Delhi and adjoining areas such as Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad. In the last 24 hours from 8.30 am on Friday, Palam and Safdarjung Observatory in Delhi witnessed light intensity rain of 5 mm. After 48 hours it is expected that the axis of Monsoon trough is likely to shift south of Delhi which will lead to decrease in rain intensity of Delhi and NCR region.
