During the last few days, the discomfort level has increased over Delhi and NCR due to warm weather conditions. The Capital city, Delhi is rain deficient by 34%.  After august 17, Delhi has not received any significant rainfall activity. Although localised rains and thundershower activities have been going on which are patchy in nature.

We do not expect any significant rainfall activites until September 12 over Delhi and Delhi NCR.
Moreover, the weather would remain uncomfortable. However, patchy and very light rains cannot be ruled out as the temperatures are high. This weather condition is favourable for localised weather activites.

As predicted by the weathermen, there are chances of scattered rains with thundershower activities between September 13 and September 15. Again, these rains would be localised and would not last for long. These rainfall activites would not be widespread.

According to the data available with Skymet Weather, from June 01 to September 08, Delhi has witnessed 347.9 mm of rainfall which is 34% below from the long period average which stands at 527.0 mm of rainfall.

Thus, during this period, this might drop the temperatures and the weather would become slightly comfortable.

According to weathermen, there is no weather system which is directly impacting Delhi-NCR. Thus, we do not expect any significant rainy spell.

Thereafter, the Monsoon will start withdrawing from Rajasthan. Thus, we can say that once again Delhi and NCR would see dry, humid and warm weather conditions.
