Delhi and the NCR region has recorded the lowest minimum of the season at 4.4 degrees Celsius, which is 3 degrees below the normal levels. Earlier the city did record a low of 5 degrees Celsius, which was observed on December 26.

Moreover, today's minimum has seen a significant drop since yesterday wherein the minimum yesterday was at 8.5 degrees Celsius, which means a drop of 4 degrees Celsius has been registered since yesterday.

Now, we do not see any significant change in the next two days or so. Moreover, no further reduction is expected in minimums. A Western Disturbance is all set to arrive over the Western Himalayas around January 7, thus the drop in minimums will not be seen anytime soon.

As far as the maximum temperatures are concerned, we do not see any significant change here as well and some changes are only expected when the western disturbance arrive over the Western Himalayas.
