Delhi rains have been lashing many parts of the city. As predicted Skymet Weather, Delhi rains made an appearance over the city during the past 24 hours also. In the last 24 hours from 8:30 am on Friday, Safdarjung observatory recorded 24 mm of rains. Meanwhile, remaining observatories witnessed light showers. In fact, adjoining regions of Noida, Faridabad, Gurugram, and Ghaziabad also observed rains.

The cyclonic circulation which lies over southwest parts of Uttar Pradesh and adjoining region is likely to move west wards slightly. Moreover, the axis of Monsoon trough is passing within 100 km South of Delhi. Simultaneously, the western disturbance as an upper air system persists over northern parts of Jammu and Kashmir.

Under all these weather conditions, the sky conditions in Delhi and NCR will be cloudy with on and off spells of good Monsoon showers. Despite the rains, the weather will be warm and humid. The maximum temperatures are expected to settle between 32°C and 34°C. Meanwhile, the minimums would range between 25°C and 27°C.
