It is anticipated that Monsoon showers will occur during afternoon onwards and until that time, warm weather will prevail and humidity levels will increase. These rains would be attributed to the cyclonic circulation which persists over Jharkhand and adjoining areas and is likely to move towards the west.
This system will come in close proximity to Delhi and NCR region. Another weather system, a north-south trough is likely to form by tomorrow and will extend from the central parts of the country to the center of Uttar Pradesh.

A significant drop in temperature will also be witnessed by the Delhiites, however, the upcoming hefty showers may trigger traffic jams and waterlogging. The weather will become pleasant during that time with cloudy dry. After September 24, the weather will clear up and dry weather conditions are likely to make a comeback over Delhi and adjoining regions.
