As the National Capital awaits for the good Monsoon rains, the weather on Saturday continued to remain warm and humid. As to which, the residents of Delhi and NCR have been facing uncomfortable weather conditions. On Sunday, the sky remained overcast.
There will be some respite from the warm and humid weather as Monsoon rains and thundershowers are in store for Delhi and the NCR region. The sky remained partly cloudy throughout the day today over Delhi and adjoining areas. In fact, many parts of the city have already begun to receive rains.
Thereafter, there is a possibility of light to moderate rains and thundershowers over the region during the next two to three days. In fact, areas including New Delhi, Shahdara, Faridabad, Gurugram, Jhajjar, Baghpat, Bulandshahr, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Ghaziabad, Hapur and Meerut will receive some good rains.
These weather conditions can be attributed to a cyclonic circulation which is seen over Jharkhand and is likely to move towards central parts of Uttar Pradesh. Due to this, the weather of Delhi and the adjoining regions such as Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and Gurugram has become cloudy and light rains may make their way towards Delhi and NCR by today itself.
