Easterly and south easterly winds from Bay of Bengal as well as South westerly winds from Arabian Sea are feeding moisture over Delhi and adjoining area. The axis of monsoon trough with continue to oscillate north and South.
Rain activities are expected to continue over Delhi for next two to three days. However, these rains will remain on the higher side today and tomorrow. In fact, the city is likely to see waterlogging as well in some parts. Moreover, there may be on and off rains making an appearance in some parts.
Delhi during the initial days was seeing deficiency in terms of rains at -65 percent. In fact, all the nine districts of Delhi were deficient. However, with the rains last week, the deficit had reduced from a 65 percent to 56 percent.
