September 22, 2017 11:47 AM |

delhi-rain trafficDelhiites have been desperately waiting for the fresh spell of Monsoon rains for quite long. Well, their wait came to an end on Friday morning, with Delhi rains finally making an appearance during the early morning hours. These showers were also accompanied with cool winds, making weather extremely pleasant.

All thanks to the well-marked low pressure area over North Madhya Pradesh, which has kept the Monsoon vigorous over the region. Besides this, a Western Disturbance is moving across Jammu and Kashmir.

However, with rains, also follows the fury of traffic jams and water logged roads ahead. Delhiites must be well prepared for prolonged hours of crawling traffics, which may take away the beauty of the pleasing weather.

We advise people to venture out carefully and avoid the jams if not necessary. In fact, the famous jams of Delhi-Gurgaon and Delhi-Noida may leave some haunting memories for the residents.

And, those who are lucky enough to avoid these jams can enjoy the pleasant weather with a cup of tea, along with some snacks.
Temperatures have already dropped significantly and mercury is presently hovering around 27°C. In fact, weathermen are of view that day temperature will not go beyond 31°C or 32°C.
