There is a Cyclonic Circulation over the Bay of Bengal. During this particular period, while it is important to have such systems during the time of the onset as it becomes a trigger for pushing the Monsoon stream. However, this system is too far in the extreme Northeast Bay of Bengal, close to the Myanmar coast, which is why, it may not help in terms of Monsoon.

However, this system is expected to cause some rainfall over Northeast India. Good rains are likely over Northeast India during the next few days.

The system may become a weak low-pressure area and enter Myanmar thereafter. Winds will be favourable for such rains.

On the other side of the coast, a strong system is over the Arabian Sea. It will suppress any favourable winds going towards the Bay and may not allow it to become even a Low Pressure Area.
