Living up to its reputation of having pleasant weather throughout the year, Bangalore continues to witness dry and comfortable weather.

Nights remain extremely pleasant, while days are slightly warmer yet comfortable. In fact, both the maximum and minimum temperatures have been settling below normal by a degree or two.

On Thursday, Bangalore recorded day maximum of 29.5°C, one degree below normal. Similarly, morning temperature settled at 16.1°C, two degrees below normal.

According to Skymet Weather, no major changes are likely in the temperature profile in the coming days as well. We do not expect formation of any significant weather system over or nearby the state capital that could change the wind pattern. As a result, both the day and night temperatures will settle near normal.

Usually also, Bangalore witnesses comfortable during this time of the year. The city does not even witness any subsequent amount of rain during February. The normal average rainfall for the month stands at 5.4 mm and so far, the city has remained practically dry.

Moreover, we do not foresee any rains insight for the garden city. Bangalore is famous for pleasant weather conditions round the year. However, during the last couple of years, it is seen that temperatures have been settling on the higher side. This has put the ‘pleasant city’ title in danger.
