North and Central India continue to experience biting cold weather conditions as minimums and maximums both drop way below normal. On Sunday, Rohtak in Haryana recorded the lowest minimum with 0.4°C. On second place was Churk in U.P. with minimum temperatures at 0.5°C. Also, the people of Delhi experienced extremely cold weather conditions with minimums at 2.6°C.
