There has been a marginal drop in the minimum temperatures across the plains of North India. The entire belt consisting of Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and North Madhya Pradesh are now experiencing below normal minimum temperatures. While in some pockets of Uttar Pradesh the minimum temperatures have dropped significantly. With the approaching Western Disturbance, minimum temperatures are set to rise in the next few days. The coldest place in the plains of India is Pilani in Rajasthan, followed by Churu in Rajasthan.
