The state of Rajasthan has been witnessing vigorous Monsoon conditions across the state since the arrival of Southwest Monsoon. These hefty rains led to the flooding situations in many parts of the state. In the past 24 hours also the state witnessed heavy to moderate intensity rainfall at many places.
These rains can be attributed to the well-marked Low-Pressure area which lies over eastern parts of Rajasthan and has caused heavy rains at some places and moderate at many places over South Rajasthan.

The weather across all these regions has become pleasant. As per Skymet Weather, the system is weakening and is moving westwards, hence the rainfall intensity is likely to reduce over the area during the next 24 hours. However, it is anticipated that light to moderate intensity rainfall is expected over Southwest and South Rajasthan. Due to the reduction in rain intensity it is expected that there will be a marginal increase in day temperatures.
