Chennai rains to continue for another two to three days Chennai rains have been giving the residents some good news for the past two days. Before that the city was reeling under dry weather conditions for at least four five days. Rain gods have been playing that rain game for long but it seems like the good news is expected to stay for some time now.

The last 24 hours were slightly less rainy and only light to very light rainfall activity was seen over both the observatories of the city. In a span of 24 hours from 8:30 am on Monday, Nungambakkam observatory in Chennai witnessed 3 mm of rainfall while the Minambakkam observatory only saw traces of rainfall.
