In the same span of time, Jabalpur recorded light rain of 10 mm, Khandwa 9 mm, Bhopal 5.1 mm, Sagar 2.4 mm, Indore 1.6 mm and Guna 1.2 mm of rain. In spite of these good rains from the past three to four days, East Madhya Pradesh is still rain deficient by 29 percent and East Madhya Pradesh by 24 percent rains.
As per Skymet Weather, a cyclonic circulation has formed over South Madhya Pradesh due to which light to moderate rains are expected to continue for next few days over many districts of the state such as Betul, Ujjain, Khargone, Khandwa, Hoshangabad, Bhopal, Indore and Seoni.

However, the weather across the northern districts will remain almost dry though light rain may occur there, it will not impact the rain statistics. It is expected that Gwalior, Khajuraho, Datia, and Shivpuri will remain almost dry. It is anticipated that weather will remain warm but night and morning will be comfortable and the sky will be cloudy to partly cloudy. These good spells of rain may bring down the rain deficiency to some extent over the region.
