Delhi reported better visibility today as shallow fog was observed at Indira Gandhi International Airport at around 6 am. Palam reported a visibility of 400 meters and it may drop to 200 meters by sunrise. But it wont affect flight operations.
However, Noida and Faridabad in the region were observing dense fog at around 6 am which can further intensify by sunrise.
Chandigarh reported visibility of around 50 meters while Gwalior is reporting zero visibility. However fog conditions got better in Uttar Pradesh with Lucknow, Kanpur, Allahabad, Varanasi and Gorakhpur witnessing between 600 to 1000 meters this morning. The region was marred by dense to very dense fog during the last two days.
