Bengaluru weather to remain dry, day to remain warm

bangalore WeatherBengaluru weather had remained dry for quite some time. In fact, the city had not witnessed any rainfall activity during the month of January. However, there was a break in the prolonged dry spell after rainfall activity finally made an appearance over the city during the second week of February.

Moreover, Bengaluru recorded isolated light rain was witnessed between February 7 and 9. Thereafter, the weather has once again become dry.

Talking about the temperatures, both the maximum and minimum temperatures are settling near the normal levels. Thus, the minimum temperature today settled at 17.6 degrees Celsius whereas the maximum temperature yesterday settled at 31 degrees Celsius making the day slightly warm.

The last spell of rainfall witnessed by the city of Bengaluru was witnessed due to the formation of a confluence zone which had developed from Maharashtra up to Interior Tamil Nadu.

However, as per weathermen at Skymet Weather, now no weather system is present or is expected to develop in proximity of Bengaluru. Therefore, we expect weather of Bengaluru to remain dry. As far as temperatures are concerned, we do not expect much change in both minimum as well as maximum.

Talking about the average rains in Bengaluru for February, they stand at 5.4 mm, however, this year, Bengaluru has only been able to witness 1.4 mm until now.
