The city of Bengaluru has not witnessed good Monsoon rains during this season. In fact, throughout the Monsoon season has witnessed only light rainfall activity. In fact, since about a week, Bengaluru has remained almost dry with only light showers making an appearance in between.

So much so that during the last 48 hours, only traces of rains were witnessed. In fact, in a span of 24 hours from 8:30 am on Saturday, a mere trace of rain was witnessed over the capital city of Karnataka. As far as temperature profile is concerned, the maximum is currently settling at least three degrees below the normal levels resulting in pleasant weather conditions over the city.
The almost dry weather conditions can be attributed to the absence of any significant weather system over the region. In fact, moisture incursion had also reduced over the region due to weakening of the off-shore trough.

Now, as per weathermen at Skymet Weather, weather conditions are likely to remain cloudy over the city. In fact, the possibility of light rains over the capital city of Karnataka cannot be ruled out. As far as temperatures are concerned, weather conditions will continue to remain pleasant over the silicon city of India.
