The Southwest Monsoon season has finally come to an end and it was a good one for the city of Bengaluru. In fact, the city did witness a few good spells of rainfall and the amount of rains were received way more than it usually does.
However, despite the end of Southwest Monsoon season, good rains have not shied away from the city of Bengaluru. While the capital city of Karnataka did not receive much rains for two days, the last 24 hours was rainy enough.

In fact, the city of Bengaluru has once again witnessed good showers all across the city. In the last 24 hours from 8:30 am on Wednesday, Bengaluru recorded 19 mm of rains.

Now, moderate spells of rains are expected to continue over the city for another 24 to 48 hours. In fact, heavy showers have begun over the capital city of Karnataka.
At present, a trough is passing from South Interior Karnataka to North Coastal Karnataka due to which rains are expected to continue. After 24 to 48 hours, this trough will begin to weaken and rains will reduce over the city. Only isolated light rains will continue and weather will become partly cloudy.
However, for the next two days, cloudy to overcast sky conditions will be witnessed. Temperatures will remain on the pleasant side.
