While rainfall intensity kept on reducing each day thereafter, scattered light to moderate showers continue to lash the capital city of Karnataka keeping the residents happy and far away from the annoying humid weather conditions.

The last 24 hours were also rainy for the city. However, single digit moderate rainfall did lash the city. In a span of 21 hours from 8:30 am on Thursday, Bengaluru did record a good 8 mm of rainfall.

Not only this, the residents have also complained of traffic snarls and joked about residential areas being converted into lakes. Also, some residents were smart enough to be ready with the clothes did not dry excuse for skipping office the next day.

These weather conditions have been attributed to the north south trough which is extending from Telangana to Coastal Tamil Nadu.

As per weathermen at Skymet Weather, rainfall of light to moderate intensity will continue for another 24 hours. Due to these ongoing rainfall activities, weather conditions have become quite pleasant for the garden city of India and is likely to remain the same for some more time.
