The city of Bengaluru has been receiving good rains and is very close to its record rainfall of the last ten years. The city holds 191.3 mm of rain as the highest June rain record of the decade which was observed in the year 2016.
So far, Bengaluru has already seen 182.9 mm of rain and is likely to break the decade old record shortly. As far as the rains in the last 24 hours are concerned, rainfall has been very patchy and has rained heavily in some parts. These rains even led to the cancellation of the India vs South Africa T20 deciding match.
