Indian weather has vivid shades and prediction of what comes next is not a child’s game. This is what is currently happening in the country. While torrential rains have swamped roads in Northeast, heatwave is still prevailing in parts of Odisha.

Wherein, chances of rain were very less over Bengaluru, it rained and shattered the hopes of a match win two days back. In fact, Bangalore and few more districts of Karnataka were lucky enough to receive some good rainy episodes in the month of April, there were a few other districts that remained arid.

Both these regions including Bengaluru will also start witnessing pre-Monsoon rains in the next 24 hours. Other districts like Gadag, Bellary, Chikmagalur, and Hassan may also witness rains. Furthermore, these rains are expected to continue lashing the state and its regions for another 24 hours.

The average monthly rainfall of Bengaluru stands at 41.5 mm and until now, the city has received 24.2 mm of rains. Thus, it is pretty clear that even with these upcoming rains, it is a mission impossible for the city to surpass its monthly mean.

Not much changes are though expected in the temperature profile, but the weather will be cloudy, the maximums are still not expected to rise beyond the normal levels.
