In the wake of this rainfall activity, both maximum and minimum temperature is expected to remain near normal, keeping the pleasant weather intact in the garden city for next few days.

Besides Bangalore, adjoining areas of Mysore and Chikkamagaluru in Karnataka and Kozhikode and Kochi in Kerala are currently receiving rains. Besides the Monsoon surge, the cyclonic circulation present over Kerala coast is responsible for infusing moisture over these areas.

Bangalore rains are likely to continue during next 24 hours with varied intensity keeping Bangalore residents drenched in heavy rainy spell.
