Weather has been quite pleasant over the city throughout the month of July. Maximums have been hovering around mid-twenties while the minimum has been around 20 degree Celsius.
This spell of rainfall could be attributed to the trough extending from the upper air cyclonic circulation lying over East Rajasthan and adjoining Northwest Madhya Pradesh. The trough can be seen moving across Maharashtra, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu.
Bangalore will continue to receive some rainfall over the next 2 to 3 days. So far in July, the city has witnessed 8 rainy days (more than 2.5 mm of rainfall).
