The World Environment Day is tomorrow, i.e. June 5 and like every year, there is a theme this time as well. This year, the theme is Air Pollution, a topic which has been in the limelight for quite some time now.

The host country last year was India but this year, Hangzhou, China will host the main event. China has made several efforts in tackling air pollution and the nation will lead and stimulate global action to save several million lives.

At least seven million people each year lose their lives all because of Air Pollution.

The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change has come up with a new song Hawa Aane De for the World Environment Day. Akshay Kumar is seen as the central attraction with appearances of Vicky Kaushal, Rajkumar Rao and a few others in Hawa Aane De.

With the air quality deteriorating in India each day, getting toxic every year, this song is a call to action for everyone to come together, and tackle the biggest killer, Air Pollution.

Air Pollution in India takes a toll during the fag end of the year making it difficult to breathe as well. Moreover, the worst sufferers are children who breathe toxic air that affects them adversely.
