The sun has shone brightly on Tuesday not just for aam aadmi of Delhi but also for Arvind Kejriwal’s Aam Aadmi Party that registered a landslide victory in Delhi Assembly elections.

AAP created history after sweeping whopping 67 out of 70 seats, leaving just three for its arch rival, Bharatiya Janata Party. The day also marked a historic defeat for Congress, which did not manage to bag even a single seat.

Celebrations have begun in the Kejriwal camp, as supporters could be seen dancing, distributing sweets and taking out road shows amid the bright and sunny weather. Kejriwal also came out and thanked supporters and people for their massive mandate.

Touted as dream victory, Arvind Kejriwal is all set to form the government in national capital with staggering majority. He will be sworn in as the Chief Minister on February 14 for the second time.

We can expect another bright and pleasant day on Saturday to mark the occasion of swearing-in ceremony at Ramleela Maidan.
Exactly a year back, Arvind Kejriwal had quit the office after a stint of 49 days over Lokpal Bill row.

As Delhiites opted for change in the state leadership with clear mandate, they also gear up for change in weather in coming days. Maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to increase steadily as the month end approaches.
