Western disturbance is approaching Jammu & Kashmir tomorrow. There is a feeble induced circulation over West Rajasthan. Both the weather systems are very mild. Therefore, weather activity will be shallow and in patches over West and North Rajasthan.
Cyclonic circulation is likely over south of the axis joining Jaisalmer, Phalodi and Bikaner. Convergence zone will lie slightly to the north of this axis. Accordingly, light rainfall is expected over the border posts in the western and northern front of the state.
Light rainfall for brief duration is expected over and around Jaisalmer, Phalodi, Bikaner, Anupgarh and Suratgarh. The weather activity will be sparse and occur mostly in the evening hours. Clouds will come up over the region today itself. Sheet of high and medium clouds will last for the next 48 hours or so, restricting sunshine. Clearance of clouds and weather activity can be expected from 23rdDec afternoon and later.
