A severe cyclonic storm HELEN is expected to make landfall over south Andhra Pradesh coast between Nellore and Ongole on the evening of November 21, 2013. Strong winds between 70 to 80 Kmph gusting to 100 Kmph are also expected over coastal areas during landfall.
