Yesterday, two matches were played and both were quite an interesting affair. The first game was between the Chennai Super Kings and the Sunrisers Hyderabad. While it seemed like the top of the table will be able to win the battle against the Chennai Super Kings.
However, Dhoni and company fought until their last breath and with Ambati Rayadu’s 100 not out score, Chennai glided through the game and have secured a position in the playoffs. The second game was between the Rajasthan Royals and the Mumbai Indians which was a crucial one for both the teams.
However, it was the Rajasthan Royals who secured a win against the Indians making Mumbai’s stay a little difficult leaving them in a tight position.
Tonight, another interesting clash between the Kings XI Punjab and the Royal Challengers Bangalore. It is a crucial one for Bangalore as they need to ensure a win to keep their hopes alive in the playoffs.
The match is scheduled to be played at the Holkar Cricket Stadium in Indore at 8:00 PM. Weather wise, Indore is expected to remain warm and no game interruption is likely in terms of rain.
