The tenth edition of the Indian Premier League is full of twists and turns. The excitement level is on the peak as fans are surprised each day with something new and mind boggling. While some of the cricket fans are excited with something new coming up each day, others are disappointed with the way things are going in the game.
Last night, fans kept waiting for an exciting contest between the Royal Challengers Bangalore and the Sunrisers Hyderabad at the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. However, rain gods had something different in store and due to continuous downpour over the city, the match was abandoned without even a ball being played.
Due to this, Royal Challengers Bangalore have been virtually thrown out of the tournament as other teams on the top of the table are doing pretty well for now. The one team which did manage to bounce back after a bad start is the Rising Pune Supergiant. The last two matches against the Sunrisers Hyderabad and the Mumbai Wins were nail biting and the Supergiant did emerge as the winner.
Today, the Rising Pune Supergiant will take on the Kolkata Knight Riders in an exciting game today. The match will be played at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune at 8:00 pm. Weatherwise, warm weather conditions will persist with temperatures in the early 30s.
