Bengaluru rains and the Indian Premier League games share a long history together. Both of these go hand in hand with the weather playing a spoilsport most of the times at the IPL games. This is not a one-year affair, each year, rains in Bengaluru end up spoiling the fun and the excitement of the game.

This year was no different whatsoever. First, it was the Royal Challengers Bangalore and the Sunrisers Hyderabad who suffered due to the spell cast by the rain gods, thereafter, it was the Sunrisers Hyderabad against the Kolkata Knight Riders at the eliminator on May 17.

The qualifier 2 will be the deciding factor as to who play against the mighty Rising Pune Supergiant on May 21.

However, Bengaluru rains are showing signs of coming back once again. Yesterday, parts of the city did receive a few spells of rainfall. As per weathermen at Skymet, rains may make appear over the city once again.

So much so that the match may get hindered for at least some time.
