In the clash of the Titans, it is still unclear as to who has the upper hand. It is only the second day and the team of Kangaroos have already begun to play their second innings. While the temperatures are settling just about four degrees above the normal levels in Pune, the heat is at its peak on both the batting as well as the bowling side.

In the first innings, the Australian side were all out after scoring a mere 260 runs. It seemed like it was an easy job for the Indian team to score big runs while they bat, however, apart from Lokesh Rahul, there was no one who could score runs. So much so that the Captain, Virat Kohli was out after Mitch Starc bowled magic.

It was not India’s day as they were all out at a score of 105. As the Aussies came out to bat, the hopes were rekindled as Ashwin sent the openers David Warner and Shaun Marsh home at scores of 10 and 0, respectively. Another ray of hope came in the form of Peter Handscomb’s wicket which was also taken by Ravichandran Ashwin.

After tea, the Australian Team currently has seven wickets in hand. All eyes are on the Australian Skipper, Steve Smith. Can Virat Kohli and company shatter Australia’s winning dream? Only time will tell.
