IND v AUS T20: Rains to stay far away from Guwahati on match evening

The Indian Cricket team has been on quite a high for quite some time now. In fact, the Men in Blue have only been winning games after games and there seems to be no looking back. The Aussies have been feeling a little too out of place as they have not been able to convert games into victories.

Out of the 5 ODIs that India and Australia did play during the latter’s tour in India, the Kangaroos have only been able to win one out of the massive four. There were rain interferences in a couple of games but nothing worked in the favour of the Aussies with the Indian Team keeping the ODI series trophy at home.

A three T20 series is also being played between both these teams wherein India has already won the first one which was held in MS Dhoni’s hometown Ranchi. Rain gods did put up quite a show and while Australia did play a good 18 overs, India was only able to play a mere six overs and winning with the D/L method.

The second T20 game is scheduled to be played tomorrow at the Barsapara Stadium in Guwahati at 7 PM. The stadium will play its maiden International Game.

Weather wise, conditions will remain on Cricket’s side. While the city of Guwahati will witness some isolated showers during the afternoon hours, the night time will remain pleasant and rain free. Thus, spectators will be able to enjoy the show without weather gods providing any hindrance.
