IND v AUS T20: Rains in Hyderabad to disrupt final installment

October 13, 2017 11:55 AM | Skymet Weather Team

The Indian Cricket Team has been performing tremendously well for quite some time now. So much so that wins after wins have only been leaving the Men in Blue in an even safer spot. The ICC Cricket rankings are proof of how well the Indian Cricket team has been performing.

The ODI series between India and Australia during the latter’s tour to our beloved country has already been quite favourable for the Men in Blue. During the ODIs, India won five games out of four taking hold of the series in the best viable way.

Meanwhile, the two installments out of the three T20s have already been played and it seems like a tight situation for both the teams. One of the games went into India’s pockets, while the other was snatched away from Australia resulting in a leveled win until now.

The last instalment is scheduled to be played today at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium in Hyderabad at 7 PM (IST). While fans will be quite excited to see this game become a full-fledged entertainment package, weather gods have different plans altogether.

Hyderabad, where good rains have been occurring for the past few days may see more showers today as well. The worst part here is that these rains will not be limited to afternoon showers but are also expected to show up during the late evening hours.

Thus, a few disruptions in between the game are highly likely which may play a major spoiler in the game. In fact, the possibility of a D/L method coming into play is a highly likely option. It will be interesting to see as to which side will be the rain gods be on when it comes to playing the victor card.
