The Cyclonic Circulation over Central Uttar Pradesh now lies over East Bihar, and adjoining Jharkhand. The upper air system is tilting southwestward with height and the Trough is extending from Southwest Gujarat to Northeast Bay of Bengal across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Gangetic West Bengal. Therefore, the rainfall will be moderate to heavy with isolated very heavy over many parts of Bihar, North Jharkhand and central West Bengal with light rain over rest parts of these states including Odisha.
Northeast states will witness mainly light rains with few moderate spells mainly over extreme West Assam, Meghalaya and Tripura.Moving to central India wherein a Low-Pressure Area over Coastal Gujarat has moved inland and lies over Southwest Gujarat. Thus, moderate to heavy rain is likely over many places except North Gujarat and Kutch region. Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh will continue with light to moderate rain at many places with isolated heavy over North Madhya Pradesh. Maharashtra will see light rain at many places including Mumbai. Few moderate spells are also likely in parts of Vidarbha.

Down in South, a Cyclonic Circulation can be marked over South Tamil Nadu coast and adjoining sea areas. Scattered light to moderate rain is likely over East Telangana, North Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, extreme South and Nilgiris of Tamil Nadu and southern parts of Karnataka. Mainly scattered light rains over rest parts wherein Chennai will be nearly dry.
Finally, in North, a feeble Western Disturbance persists over Jammu and Kashmir and a Cyclonic Circulation over Central Pakistan. Scattered light rains can be seen over South Jammu, Himachal Pradesh and few moderate spells can be seen over Uttarakhand. The eastern parts of Punjab, North Haryana, adjoining Uttar Pradesh and eastern parts of Rajasthan will witness scattered light to moderate rain. South Uttar Pradesh and extreme eastern parts may receive moderate to heavy spells. Patchy rains will be seen over few parts of Northwest Uttar Pradesh, South Haryana and adjoining Rajasthan.
