A Low-Pressure Area is over East Uttar Pradesh and the Axis of Monsoon Trough is extending from Haryana up to Northeast India. Therefore, rains are likely to increase over East Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal, Sikkim and Northeast India.
Moderate rains are possible over Gorakhpur, Sultanpur, Varanasi, Prayagraj, Bhagalpur, Purnia, Jalpaiguri, Malda, Guwahati, and North Lakhimpur.
Kolkata may see light to moderate rains with scattered rains over Jharkhand and Odisha.
In central parts of the country, in wake of Low-Pressure Area, moderate to heavy rains can be seen over East and Northeast Madhya Pradesh. Places like Sidhi, Satna, Jabalpur, Damoh are likely to see good rains. While light to moderate rains are possible over West Madhya Pradesh, Southeast Rajasthan, parts of Gujarat, parts of Vidarbha and Chhattisgarh. Rains will now reduce over Konkan and Goa with Subdued Monsoon conditions to prevail over Kutch, West Rajasthan and Marathwada.

Coming to South, wherein the off-shore Trough over Coastal Karnataka and Kerala has weakened. Therefore, resulting in reduction of rainfall activities. However, light to moderate rains are possible over Coastal Karnataka, Kerala and isolated pockets of South Interior Karnataka and Interior Tamil Nadu.
The weather of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and North Interior Karnataka will remain almost dry with isolated light rains. Andaman and Nicobar Islands may see few moderate spells of rain.
Finally, in North, Subdued Monsoon conditions are expected to continue over entire North India. Weather will be almost dry over the northwestern plains of the country. Light rains at few places may occur over Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand with dry weather over Jammu and Kashmir.
