An Anti-cyclone has formed over West Rajasthan and adjoining parts and moisture content have also reduced over northwest plains. Therefore, Monsoon has withdrawn from parts of Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan. The conditions are favourable for further withdrawal of Monsoon from Northwest plains and adjoining central India during next two to three days. Thus, dry weather conditions will be a sight over the hills of our country. However isolated light rains over Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand cannot be ruled out. No weather activity is to be seen over Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, North Rajasthan and West Uttar Pradesh. Pollution over Delhi and NCR will be in satisfactory to moderate category.
Heading to the eastern parts of our country, a Cyclonic Circulation is over Gangetic West Bengal and a Trough is extending up to East-central Arabian Sea across Odisha. Thus, scattered light to moderate rains with isolated heavy spells may occur over Gangetic West Bengal and Odisha including Kolkata, Puri and Bhubaneswar. Meanwhile light rain with one or two moderate spells can be seen over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim, and Jharkhand. East Uttar Pradesh and Bihar will face dry weather conditions.
Whereas, rains will now reduce over Northwest India.

Down South, a Trough is extending via Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Interior Karnataka. Therefore, light to moderate rains are possible over Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and interior Tamil Nadu, and parts of Telangana. Kerala may witness light rains whereas dry weather may prevail over Chennai. However, Hyderabad and Bengaluru may receive patchy rains.
Lastly in central India, an off-shore Trough is seen extending from North Konkan to North Karnataka coast. Light to moderate rains will continue over South Chhattisgarh, Madhya Maharashtra, parts of Marathwada and Konkan and Goa. Mumbai may receive short spell of rain. Isolated light rains are possible over parts of Vidarbha while weather of Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh will be dry warm and sunny. Nashik may see light rains with moderate rains to be seen over Pune.
