The Western Disturbance over Jammu and Kashmir is moving away eastwards. Its induced Cyclonic Circulation is over Central Pakistan and adjoining Rajasthan. Thus, scattered light to moderate rain and snow would continue over Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Gulmarg, Lahaul And Spiti, Badrinath and Kedarnath would witness snowfall. Meanwhile, isolated light rain is likely in Punjab and Northwest Rajasthan. On the other hand, Delhi, Haryana and West Uttar Pradesh would witness dry weather conditions. Delhi pollution will continue to remain in severe category.
In Central India, the weather of Gujarat will become dry. On the other hand, isolated light rain is likely in parts of Konkan and Goa and Madhya Maharashtra. The weather of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh however, will become dry and minimums would drop marginally over the northern parts of Madhya Pradesh and West Rajasthan. Mumbai may see isolated thundery activities while Pune, Sangli, Satara and Kolhapur may witness isolated light rain.

Talking about South India, due to moisture feed from the Arabian Sea in the form of moderate north-easterlies, we expect light to moderate rain with a few intense spells in Tamil Nadu. The intensity would be certainly more over the coastal areas. Meanwhile, scattered rains are likely in South Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Interior Karnataka as well as Kerala. Weather of Telangana and North Coastal Andhra Pradesh will be dry. City-wise, Chennai may see moderate rain while light showers are likely in Bengaluru. The weather of Hyderabad would remain dry.
Coming towards East and Northeast India, in the absence of any weather system over East India, we do not expect any significant weather activity. Shallow fog or mist/haze would prevail over East Uttar Pradesh and Bihar during morning hours. A Cyclonic Circulation is over Meghalaya and adjoining area. Thus, light rain is likely in a few parts of Assam, Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh.
