East/Northeast India, a cyclonic circulation lies over Northeast Bihar and adjoining Sub-Himalayan West Bengal. A trough is extending from North Bihar to Upper Assam across West Bengal and Meghalaya. Another cyclonic circulation is seen over Upper Assam. Due to these systems, scattered light to moderate rain and thundershowers will continue over Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Mizoram and Manipur. Isolated places in Sikkim and rest of Northeast India will also witness rains. Meanwhile, dry and very warm weather is likely in East Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand and Gangetic West Bengal. Due to the trough extending across Odisha, scattered light to moderate rains will occur in Odisha.
In South India, a cyclonic circulation lies over Telangana. A trough is extending from this system to Rayalaseema. Thus, light rain is expected in isolated places of North Coastal Andhra Pradesh. While, central parts of Andhra Pradesh will witness heat wave conditions. A trough is running from Comorin to South Interior Karnataka. Therefore, light to moderate rain and thundershowers are likely in Kerala, West Tamil Nadu and South Interior Karnataka. Andaman and Nicobar Islands will also observe light to moderate rains.
Dry and hot weather will prevail over central parts of the country. Heat wave conditions will also occur in isolated places of Vidarbha, South Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. Weather in Gujarat and Rajasthan will remain dry with strong winds.

Entire North India including Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, North Rajasthan and West Uttar Pradesh will experience dry and hot weather conditions. In fact, dry and comfortable weather with partly cloudy sky will persist in Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
