Starting with East and Northeast India, a Cyclonic Circulation is marked over Northeast Bihar and adjoining Sub-Himalayan West Bengal. An upper air trough is extending from this system up to North Odisha. Due to the presence of these systems, light to moderate rain and thundershower along with gusty winds would be affecting the northeastern states, sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim. Also, one or two places in eastern parts of Bihar, Jharkhand, adjoining Gangetic West Bengal and Odisha may receive light rains.
Coming on to South India, a Cyclonic Circulation lies over southern parts of Telangana and adjoining Karnataka. An upper air trough is extending from this system up to the coast of South Tamil Nadu. Due to the presence of these systems, South Interior Karnataka is likely to receive light to moderate rain and thundershower along with strong winds. Some places in South Interior Karnataka and Northwest Tamil Nadu might even receive heavy showers. While the rest parts of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, coastal parts of Karnataka, Konkan and Goa and Kerala are likely to receive light rains at a few places. Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep islands might receive some rain and thundershower activity as well.
Talking about North India, where a Western Disturbance lies over North Pakistan and adjoining regions. Its associated induced Cyclonic Circulation can be seen over Western parts of Rajasthan. Due to these systems, some places in Jammu-Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand are likely to receive spells of rain and thundershower along with strong winds. While Punjab, Haryana and North Rajasthan might receive spells of dust storm and thundershowers. Dry and hot weather is being forecast for Uttar Pradesh.

Lastly, Central India, which will probably remain dry and hot as northwesterly winds are blowing over the region. Some places in Vidarbha, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh are likely to reel under heat wave conditions. However, one or two southern districts in Chhattisgarh might receive light rains due to the presence of a weather system in this region.
