To begin with North India, a fresh Western Disturbance lies over North Pakistan. Its induced cyclonic circulation is over Central Pakistan. Therefore, we expect isolated rains over Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh. Meanwhile, scattered rains will continue over Uttarakhand due to the remnants of the previous Western Disturbance. Dust storm and thundershowers will occur over few places of Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan. In fact, Delhi and West Uttar Pradesh will also witness pre-Monsoon activities.

Humid southwesterly winds from Arabian Sea are still feeding moisture over Gujarat, Rajasthan and parts of Madhya Pradesh. Therefore, thunderstorm activities with isolated thundershowers may occur over Southeast Rajasthan and parts of North Madhya Pradesh. But dry and hot weather will prevail over Gujarat, Maharashtra and North Chhattisgarh.

In east/northeast India, a cyclonic circulation is seen over eastern parts of Bihar. A trough is extending from this system up to South India across Jharkhand, West Bengal and Odisha. Due to these systems, rain and thundershowers will continue over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim and northeastern states. Scattered rains are possible over Gangetic West Bengal and East Bihar. While, Odisha and Jharkhand may also see few showers.
