Due to presence of Western Disturbance and a Trough running along the foothills, moderate to heavy rains will be seen over Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, North Haryana. Whereas, light to moderate rains will occur at scattered places of Jammu and Kashmir and rest Himachal Pradesh.
Dust storm and light spell of thundershowers with strong winds will be seen over South Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, West Uttar Pradesh and North Rajasthan.
The Monsoon Trough running along the foothills will continue to give moderate to heavy rain and thundershower activities over North Bihar, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim, Nagaland and Meghalaya. While light to moderate rains will affect places like Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura and North Jharkhand.
Also, in the presence of a Trough over Odisha, southern parts of Odisha will see light to moderate rains at scattered places.
In South, a feeble Cyclonic Circulation is over Southwest Bay of Bengal and its adjoining region at mid and upper tropospheric levels. Hence, light rains will be seen over scattered places of northeast parts of Tamil Nadu and Rayalaseema. While Andhra Pradesh and East Telangana will get to see light to moderate rains at scattered places.

On the other hand, an off-shore Trough is persisting and extending from South Maharashtra to Kerala coast. Due to this system, moderate to heavy rains will affect many places of South Maharashtra, Goa and Coastal Karnataka. South Interior Karnataka inclusive of Bengaluru will see light to moderate thundershowers with dry weather over North Interior Karnataka.
In the presence of warm and moist winds, Madhya Pradesh and northern parts of Gujarat and Chhattisgarh will witness dry and warm weather. However, South Chhattisgarh and adjoining parts of Vidarbha will be see light to moderate rain and thundershowers.
