The Western Disturbance over Jammu and Kashmir is now clearing away from the region, moving eastward. Thus, weather activity will reduce but scattered rain and snow could be witnessed over Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh and at many places of Uttarakhand.
In plains, weather of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and North Rajasthan would be dry, barring West Uttar Pradesh that would see isolated rain and thundershower activities.
Talking about temperatures, due to icy winds from North, minimums are expected to drop further over Northern Plains leading to winter chill during night. Shallow fog is also possible in parts of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and West Uttar Pradesh.
In East, an east-west trough is extending from Uttar Pradesh to Bihar and another North-south trough is running from Bihar up till Interior Tamil Nadu across Jharkhand, Vidarbha and Chhattisgarh. Thus, light to moderate rains might continue over Bihar and Jharkhand but rains would reduce over East Uttar Pradesh.

Rains and thundershower activities over East Madhya Pradesh would continue, while rains would increase over Chhattisgarh and Vidarbha with hailstorm at few places. Isolated pockets of Marathwada also might witness light rains.
Down South, due to the presence of trough, widespread light to moderate rains with one or two heavy spells over many places of Telangana and few parts of Andhra Pradesh. Isolated rain activities are possible over South Interior Karnataka as well as interior parts of Tamil Nadu.
Cities like Hyderabad would also see good rains, while Bengaluru might receive light rain or thunderstorm activities.
