While, intensity of rain will now reduce over East India but scattered good showers will continue over Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Chhattisgarh.
Under the influence of the system, we can also expect scattered light to moderate showers all along the West Coast including Coastal Karnataka and Kerala. However, Tamil Nadu and South Interior Karnataka will have least weather activity.
Meanwhile, another weather system can be seen brewing in Bay of Bengal. The cyclonic circulation is presently marked over extreme Northeast Bay of Bengal along the Myanmar coast.
Western Disturbance is hovering over Jammu and Kashmir and adjoining North Pakistan as an upper air system. The system might give scattered light rain over the hilly states of Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
Northwest plains of Punjab, Haryana and Delhi will remain mostly dry on Friday. However, Delhi will see clouding during the later parts of the day and might also witness a spell of rain thundershowers during late night hours. This will usher much-needed relief for Delhiites from hot and humid weather.
