In North India, a Western Disturbance is seen over East Jammu and Kashmir. With this, light to moderate rains will continue over parts of Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Dry and warm weather will persist over Northwest India including Delhi.
Coming to Central India, an anti-cyclone can be seen over Gujarat and adjoining Madhya Pradesh. In wake of this, dry weather will prevail over Gujarat, Rajasthan and most regions of central India. Day temperatures are likely to increase over these mentioned regions, whereas night temperatures will register a marginal drop.
Coming to east and northeast side, western arm of axis of Monsoon trough is running close to the Western Himalayas and eastern end is passing through Bihar, Jharkhand and Odisha.

In addition to this, a cyclonic circulation is seen over Bihar. Thus, light to moderate rains may occur over East Bihar, South Jharkhand, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and northeastern states.
Another cyclonic circulation is over west-central Bay of Bengal off North Coastal Andhra Pradesh and adjoining Odisha. With this, light to moderate rains are possible over South Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka. Moist and warm southeasterly winds will result in some rains over South Madhya Maharashtra and Konkan and Goa.

Talking about the weather over major cities of India, Chennai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru will witness moderate rains, while Kolkata would record light showers. Delhi and Mumbai, on the other hand will observe dry weather conditions.
