A low pressure area has formed over North Central Bay of Bengal. This system is likely to intensify into a well-marked low pressure and then depression later. Due to this, intense rains are likely over Coastal Odisha and peripherals of West Bengal and Andhra Pradesh.
Light rains will continue over Northeast India. Whereas, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand and rest of West Bengal will remain almost dry.
A cyclonic circulation is seen over Interior Maharashtra with a trough extending up to Lakshadweep via Karnataka. With this, light to moderate rains are likely over Madhya Maharashtra and North Karnataka. On the other hand, rest of Karnataka and Maharashtra, Southeast Gujarat along with Telangana, Rayalaseema, Tamil Nadu and Kerala would see light rains.

The weather over Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and Rajasthan will remain dry. Pleasant weather is expected in Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand with isolated rainfall.
