A low pressure area is expected to develop soon over east central Bay of Bengal. Due to this, light to moderate rains with one or two heavy spells may occur over Coastal Andhra Pradesh. Light to moderate rains are possible over Telangana, Rayalaseema, Interior Karnataka and North Tamil Nadu including Chennai. After a long dry spell, scattered light rains may occur over Kerala as well.
The same system is expected to give light to moderate rains with one or two heavy spells over Odisha. Meanwhile, scattered rains are also likely over Konkan and Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh and Southeast Madhya Pradesh with isolated moderate spells. South Gujarat may too see light rainfall.
Gangetic West Bengal will see some rainfall while the weather of remaining parts of East India including East Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand and Sub Himalayan West Bengal will remain almost dry. Scattered rains will continue over Northeast India.

Dry northwesterly winds are continuing over entire North India, therefore the weather over Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and West Uttar Pradesh along with Rajasthan will remain dry. Light rains may be seen over isolated pockets of Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
