Low pressure area in South Arabian Sea is now lying as well-marked low pressure area and is expected to intensify into a depression as well. However, the system is slowly drifting away from the Indian coast in west direction.
With this, the low pressure area in Southwest Bay of Bengal off the Sri Lanka coast is now expected to gain more strength.
Kerala and Coastal Karnataka will continue with light showers on Wednesday. While, Tamil Nadu and coastal parts of Andhra Pradesh will see increase in rain activity.
We can now expect onset of Northeast Monsoon over the region anytime during 24 to 48 hours.
Moving in the central parts of the country, a cyclonic circulation over southeast Rajasthan and west Madhya Pradesh. This will give light showers over Rajasthan, while god rains are expected over Madhya Pradesh and parts of Uttar Pradesh.
Delhi might also receive some passing showers on Wednesday.
Remaining parts of the country including East and Northeast India will remain mostly dry and so will the hilly region of North India.
