The low pressure area over east-central Bay of Bengal persists, which may further intensify into a well-marked low pressure area during the next 24 hours. A trough is also extending from this system up to Southwest Bay of Bengal. Due to this, good rains with isolated heavy showers will continue over Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Scattered light to moderate rains are also possible over parts of Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
An anti-cyclone is seen over Southeast Rajasthan and adjoining areas. Dry and cold winds will continue over Northwest plains including Delhi and Central India. The regions will witness pleasing morning and evenings, but afternoons will be warm and sunny.
The feeble Western Disturbance is seen moving away eastward, while an induced cyclonic circulation can be seen over Central Pakistan. But due to lack of enough moisture, no weather activity is expected over the region.
Rest parts of the country will remain dry.
