The cyclonic circulation over coastal Kerala has moved over the interiors of the state. The circulation on the other side, over north Tamil Nadu coast has become less marked. Scattered moderate rains are expected over Lakshadweep Islands and South Tamil Nadu. Isolated places could receive heavy rains as well. But the northern parts of Kerala will receive light rains. Northerly winds are penetrating up to Telangana as well as south Karnataka. Morning temperatures are likely to drop in parts of Karnataka, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
The upper air cyclonic circulation over northeast has become insignificant now. While the other circulation over northeast Bay of Bengal persists. Nevertheless, rains will decrease over northeastern states.
Dry weather will prevail over most parts of the country.
Cool northerly winds are also blowing over Delhi and NCR. An anti-cyclonic feature can be marked over east Gujarat and adjoining areas. Moisture laden winds are reaching parts of South Rajasthan, West Madhya Pradesh and adjoining areas.
